One of the Three South Boston Amigos, Allele Boston, is showing significant progress towards its Q1 2008 occupancy target. The best vantage point to view the Allele development is from Dorchester Avenue looking south, where you can get a great view of the rounded bow facade of the building. The exclusive photos below provide a great time series piece on what has been happening over the past several months on the construction progress at Allele.

What’s the official word on completion dates of the Allele? Also, anyone has any ideas on the sales history to date?

Any word on certificate of occupancy here… Looks like they are getting close.

They’re aiming for June/July 2008. Bamboo flooring (flooring is often one of the last items on the punch list) have been laid in most units.

I spoke with the folks from Allele today - they told me that they sold 14 of the 48 units. They’re aiming for occupancy at the end of June. They also told me that they’re putting the Franklin Cafe on the first floor!
