Is a Whole Foods moving onto Harrison Ave. by Gateway and Rocca?
I have heard that rumor from several people over the past week.
Has anybody else heard that?
I know - with certainty - that Whole Foods is not coming to Harrison St and that the real estate agent that initiated the rumor was asked to retract it.
After 68 days on the market, this luxury unit sold for $2,350,000, 87% of its original listing price. A substantial profit following a December 2005 sale at $1,270,000.
That place was absolutely gorgeous, but I was not too sure about that area.
